X Bar Ranch offers riders of all levels 16 miles of trails in the middle of West Texas ranch country on both single track (85%) and jeep roads. The trails twist and turn through 2 dry river valleys, mesquite flats and cedar/oak-covered hills. Even with our fair share of rocks, these trails are fast and furious. There is a combination of 3, 9 and 12 mile inter-connected loops. The X Bar is the proud host of the TMBRA Texas State Mountain Bike Champioship Series season finale race.

Many miles of jeep and caliche roads are also available on this 7,100-acre Texas ranch. Just because you're coming to visit a ranch doesn't mean you have to leave your road bike at home. There are plenty of paved country roads, scenic loops, great climbs, downhills and some fun excursions from the ranch.

Trails are closed some of April and November through mid-January; calling ahead is always required.
