Check-in between 12-5 pm. Please call if arriving before
12 or after 5 pm.
Swimming, biking and any
other potentially hazardous activities are at participants own risk.
All guests must sign a release of liability form upon
arrival at the ranch. All minors must have a signed waiver by guardian.
A deposit of one night lodging in
advance is required to guarantee reservation. Deposits and payments can be made to X Bar Ranch by: Visa, MasterCard, check or cash. Cancellations made within
three weeks of reservation date will be charged one night but may apply deposit, minus handling fee, to a future stay
within one year. No-shows forfeit deposit. Group and special event cancellation policies may vary.
Kids must always be accompanied by an adult.
